Rohit Singh, PCC, SPHR, MBA

Rohit Singh is a CHRO, executive coach, and HR advisor with more than two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate leadership, talent, and organizational transformation. Having served at the C-suite level himself, he brings an operator's perspective grounded in the realities of leading organizations, making difficult people decisions, and driving change.

His experience includes Integritus Healthcare, the Simons Foundation, Yale New Haven Health, MassMutual, Deloitte Consulting, Mercer, and Philips Electronics, spanning healthcare, financial services, scientific research, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 environments. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Rohit's coaching focuses on real business and leadership challenges—helping executives sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen executive presence and decision-making, and navigate change and complexity. As a strategic advisor and experienced HR operator, he partners with CEOs and leadership teams to shape and execute HR strategy, strengthen executive succession and leadership pipelines, and lead talent and organizational transformation.

Rohit earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University, a Master's in Human Resource Management from XLRI School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi.
